Unversioned symlinks `python`, `python-config`, `pip` etc. pointing to

    $(brew --prefix)/opt/python@3.7/libexec/bin

You can install Python packages with
    $(brew --prefix)/opt/python@3.7/bin/pip3 install <package>
They will install into the site-package directory
    $(brew --prefix)/lib/python3.7/site-packages
